This is purely for the purposes of seeing which telephone enquiries have come through the website, and where from. The phone number called is shown, however, we will never use this data for any purposes other than tracking that the call has come through the website. We will not use these details for marketing, selling to third parties, or any other purpose, with the exception of website call tracking.
We take your privacy very seriously, and as such, the CallRail data is protected by two-factor authentication, and the details are held on paper to avoid espionage and hacking.
In addition to this, our IT team also uses Google Analytics website code to track anonymous user data on the website. This includes, but is not limited to:
- the rough location of visitors (e.g. county / town, country)
- the device of visitors (phone or computer, as well as the operating system of said device)
- the pages looked at by visitors, as well as the time spent on those pages
- the search terms used by visitors to find the website
- Google Analytics does not show any of your personal details, such as IP address, name, exact location, etc.
